I use a Xinlinke harness with harder leather straps, because softer straps are more apt to stretch and break over time. When it’s adjusted I don’t feel weighed down by my YBS-52 at all. Could you throw that on this list?

The Neotech strap design doesn’t work for me – it traps the horn too close to my chest to be comfortable. BUT, it’s fairly easy to convert it to work like the Vandoren universal harness, by buying the extra loop kit, and using it to connect the side straps to your belt at the back.
The yamaha air cell neck strap stinks. I used it for marching band and it gave me back pains and neck pains. I marched alto with it too, but I play bari in concert and jazz band. Do yourself a favor and get a Neo-tech neck strap or harness.
